Oshkosh, the county’s largest city, stands as a bustling hub of activity, is renowned for its rich aviation history, and hosts EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, one of the world’s largest gatherings of aviation enthusiasts. It is also home to University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, offering bacherlor, master and doctor degree programs to 14,000 students each year.A popular destination includes Historic Downtown Neenah, offering a charming array of shops, restaurants and gathering spaces, including the enchanting Gateway Plaza Ice Skating venue.
